Silver Analysis: Support Test + RD+ — Is $80 Back on the Table?
As I expected in the previous idea, Silver(
XAGUSD) declined from the resistance zone($92.76-$82.77) and reached its target (full target).
Silver is moving near the support zone($74.40-$71.30), and over the past three days, it has also formed a descending channel.
Also, we can see the positive Regular Divergence (RD+) between two consecutive valleys.
I expect silver to start rising from the support zone($74.40-$71.30) and climb at least up to $77.47. If it breaks the resistance zone($79.32-$77.50), we could then expect silver to rise further toward $81.47.
First Target: $77.47
Second Target: $81.47
Stop Loss(SL): $70.41
Points may shift as the market evolves
