China's recent strategy to accumulate gold and the country's recent ban of speculative trading of the metal due to its suppressive nature tells a story.
A story that aligns with wars that don't make sense.
A war that keeps inflation high, which keeps interest rates increasing, which creates a strong dollar... and a weaker gold.
This war is about defending a dying USD, At least that's what I think after this weeks Pre Core CPI Tweet on Monday the 13th which sent what seemed to be a settling peace deal completely derailed and in turn put a cap on low inflation report and an XAUUSD Bull Surge.
Trump got a sniff of low inflation and had to do something about it.
There are always more variables of course, such as the month of June was a fall in oil prices which provides inaccurate findings but I am always skeptical that things are never what they seem.
