Daily Bias P03

2 581
Here's what the indicator does:
Scenario Detection — Each new day it reads the previous daily candle and automatically classifies it into one of scenarios (Close above PDH, Close below PDL, Sweep & Close high/low, Inside candle, Outside candle).
Fib Levels — Automatically draws the 0% (PDL), 25%, 50% EQ, 75%, and 100% (PDH) levels from the prior day's range — the key manipulation and reversal zones from the thread.
Dashboard Table — Top-right corner shows the scenario, bias, and draw target at a glance.
Bias Labels — A text label appears at the start of each new day with the full session plan (what Asia/London should do, where to look for the reversal, and what NY should target).
Alerts — Pre-built alerts for new day bias changes and price hitting key levels (25%, 50%, 75%, PDH, PDL).
Background tint — Subtle green/red tint so you know the bias at a glance on any timeframe.

Tip: Apply it on the Daily chart first to get your macro bias, then switch to the 1H chart — the levels carry across and you can frame your London reversal entries at the 25–50% zone.

This indicator reads the previous day's candle structure and automatically classifies it into one of 6 scenarios. From that, it gives you a daily bias (bullish or bearish), a draw target (PDH or PDL), and a session plan for how Asia, London, and New York should behave throughout the day.

The Levels
Every day the indicator draws 5 horizontal lines from the prior day's range:

PDH (1.0) — Previous Day High. Bullish draw target.
0.75 — Upper manipulation zone. Watch for reversals here.
EQ (0.5) — Equilibrium. The most important level. This is where London reversals typically originate.
0.25 — Lower manipulation zone. Watch for reversals here.
PDL (0.0) — Previous Day Low. Bearish draw target.

The dimmed lines behind them are yesterday's PDH, EQ, and PDL for reference. These often act as untapped areas price will revisit.

Reading the Bias
Check the table in the top right corner and the small label at the start of each day. There are 6 scenarios:
Scenario 1 — Close Above PDH → Bullish
Yesterday closed above the prior day's high. Price is showing strength. Expect Asia or London to pull back toward the 25–50% zone, then reverse higher targeting PDH during New York.
Scenario 2 — Close Below PDL → Bearish
Yesterday closed below the prior day's low. Price is showing weakness. Expect Asia or London to push up toward the 50–75% zone, then reverse lower targeting PDL during New York.
Scenario 3 — Swept PDH, Closed Back Inside → Bearish
Yesterday wicked above the prior high but closed back inside the range. This is a liquidity sweep. Bias is bearish toward PDL. Expect Asia or London to manipulate up into an obvious fair value gap near the 25–50% level inside the sweep candle, then New York distributes down to PDL.
Scenario 4 — Swept PDL, Closed Back Inside → Bullish
Yesterday wicked below the prior low but closed back inside the range. This is a liquidity sweep. Bias is bullish toward PDH. Expect Asia or London to manipulate down into an obvious fair value gap near the 25–50% level inside the sweep candle, then New York distributes up to PDH.
Scenario 5 — Inside Candle → Carry Prior Bias
Yesterday's candle stayed entirely within the prior day's range. Ignore it for bias purposes and carry whatever the previous day's bias was. Check for an SMT divergence — if one exists, treat the inside candle as a sweep and close scenario instead.
Scenario 8 — Outside Candle → Wait
Yesterday's candle took both sides of the prior day's range. No clear lean. Wait for the 6AM 4H candle to close and use that to determine New York direction. Slight lean toward whatever level was swept first.

The Daily Trading Plan
Step 1 — Check the bias before the session opens.
Look at the table. Note the scenario, bias, and draw target. This is your anchor for the day.
Step 2 — Watch Asia (6PM–12AM EST).
Asia typically sets up the manipulation move. If bias is bullish, Asia will often push price down toward the 25–50% zone. If bearish, Asia pushes up toward the 50–75% zone.
Step 3 — Watch London (2AM–5AM EST) for the reversal.
London is where the reversal typically happens. Look for price to reach a higher timeframe fair value gap or order block near the 25–50% level and reject. This is your entry zone. If London takes out the draw target before New York opens, step back and wait for the 6AM 4H candle.
Step 4 — New York (9:30AM EST) confirms and delivers.
New York is where price typically delivers to the draw target. If the setup aligned in London, New York should run to PDH (bullish) or PDL (bearish) to complete the daily range.

The 6AM 4H Rule
If Asia or London takes out the draw target early, do not chase. Wait for the 6AM EST 4H candle to close. Apply the same sweep and close logic to that candle to determine what New York will do.
The 10PM 4H Rule (Extra Confirmation)
If the 10PM 4H candle closes as a sweep and close back inside the 6PM candle's range by 2AM, that tells you London's bias. Apply the same scenario logic to frame a London reversal, then expect New York to distribute in that direction.

Key Tips

Always start on the daily chart to get the macro bias, then scale down to the 1H chart to time entries.
The best entries come from London reversals out of higher timeframe fair value gaps or order blocks sitting near the 25–50% zone.
If the draw target is already taken, step aside. Wait for the 6AM 4H candle rather than forcing a trade.
The indicator works on any instrument but was designed around index futures like NQ and ES.
