SMC Clean Liquidity Engine[AleksDU]

The [AleksDU] SMC Clean Liquidity Engine is a high-precision tool designed for Smart Money Concepts (SMC) traders who prioritize market structure and institutional liquidity. The primary challenge in SMC trading is the "noise" created by minor price fluctuations. This script solves that by implementing a multi-layered filtering system that only identifies zones backed by significant capital flow.
The Methodology: Why it's Unique
Unlike standard public-domain SMC scripts that map every pivot as a zone, this engine uses a proprietary Volume-Weighted Structure Filter.
Institutional Confirmation: A zone is only drawn if the price move that created it exceeds the 20-period average volume by a specific multiplier (default 1.15x). This ensures we are mapping "Smart Money" activity, not retail volatility.
Dynamic Mitigation Engine: One of the biggest issues with liquidity indicators is "future-leaking" (zones staying on chart after being broken). Our script uses an advanced array-based logic to track the price in real-time. As soon as a candle closes beyond a zone's boundary, the zone is visually retired and "cut off" at that specific bar index.
Volatility Adaptation: The script is designed to handle different market conditions. By filtering out low-volume breakouts, it prevents "false" Order Blocks from cluttering your workspace.
Key Technical Features
Automated Zone Retirement: Using box.set_right, the script ensures that mitigated zones do not extend indefinitely, keeping your chart professional and clean.
Volume Anomaly Detection: Cross-references price action with volume spikes to confirm Bullish and Bearish Order Blocks.
UI Customization: Users can control the maximum number of active zones (default 5) to focus only on the most recent and relevant institutional interest areas.
How to Interpret the Signals
Teal Zones (Bullish OB): Areas where significant buying pressure was detected. Look for long entries when price returns to mitigate these levels.
Red Zones (Bearish OB): Areas of institutional selling. Look for short opportunities upon price re-entry.
Grey/Transparent Zones: These represent "Mitigated" liquidity - areas where the orders have already been filled, and the level is no longer considered fresh.
Disclaimer
This is a closed-source script to protect the proprietary filtering logic and ensure the integrity of the institutional mapping algorithm. It does not repaint; every zone is confirmed upon the close of the candle.
