RedK EVEREX Pro - Screener Edition

🟩 Introduction
The RedK EVEREX Pro Screener is the screener edition of the recently published RedK EVEREX Pro.
This screener edition is designed to work within the TradingView Pine Screener (not added to chart setups - except for "when learning with the Data Window" - explained below).
While an indicator enables traders to find potential setups within a certain symbol's chart, a "screener" is a special code version that enables them to scan a full watchlist, or a whole market index (like the S&P500 or the Nifty500), to find those few symbols that satisfy certain EVEREX conditions, or show specific EVEREX setups that they are interested in — in seconds, instead of opening tens of charts one chart at a time.
RedK EVEREX Pro Screener uses the same calculation engine that runs EVEREX Pro. With the same settings and timeframe, the screener reads exactly what EVEREX Pro shows on the chart.
If you are new to RedK EVEREX, or for a quick review of how it works, start here:
- RedK EVEREX (free version)
- RedK EVEREX Pro (invite-only version)
█ How to use RedK EVEREX Pro Screener

Besides the first two value columns that represent the main EVEREX plots (RROF and Context RROF), RedK EVEREX Pro Screener has mostly 3-state columns for "Direction", and for "EVEREX Markers". Each of these columns is a simple number:
- The number reads 1 for bullish, -1 for bearish, and 0 for none.
█ Screener Columns — Quick Reference
- RROF: the current-timeframe EVEREX flow line (above 0 = bullish, below 0 = bearish).
- Context RROF: the Context flow line. Empty when the Context is off.
- Context Alignment: 1 when both are above 0, -1 when both are below 0, 0 otherwise.
- Alignment Age: how many bars the current alignment has lasted.
- RROF Crosses 0: 1 / -1 when the RROF crossed above / below 0.
- MegaBar, Ease of Move (EoM) Bar, Compression Bar: 1 / -1 for a bull / bear marker.
- Any EVEREX Marker: 1 / -1 for any of the three markers.
- FYI: Context TF (min): the Context timeframe in minutes when you use the Timeframe method (0 for Same TF and None).
Tip: Before you do any actual screening, I suggest you start by adding the RedK EVEREX Pro Screener, pick the S&P500 list, click the "Scan" button, and scroll down to see what the values of the various columns look like - then follow the cheat sheet and the examples below to start experimenting with various scenarios.
=================================================================================
█ EVEREX Pro Screener Cheat Sheet

Each row can be used as a filter on its own, or you can combine several filters for more complex scenarios. When you add more than one filter, Pine Screener shows only the symbols that satisfy all of them. This narrows a large watchlist down to a short list of symbols that fit the exact setup you are interested in and removes the distractions from your list.
For example: Context Alignment = 1 and Alignment Age from 1 to 3 and Any EVEREX Marker = 1 finds symbols where a new bull alignment started in the last 3 bars and an EVEREX bull marker printed on the latest bar.
Note: "on the latest bar" applies when Signal Lookback is 1 (the default) in the screener (indicator) settings. If you increase Signal Lookback to 3, the screener will include markers that happened in any of the last 3 bars.
=================================================================================
█ Screening Examples
These are starting points for finding some good setups to review. In all these example, we will use S&P500 as the base list to screen. We use the 1D timeframe except for Example 4.
Example 1. Fresh bull alignment with strong participation
Filters:
- Context Alignment = 1
- Alignment Age from 1 to 3
- MegaBar = 1
Settings:
- Signal Lookback = 3
Finds: symbols where the current timeframe and the Context just turned bullish together, with a bull MegaBar (a big move on big volume) in the last 3 bars.
This screenshot shows the example above - we then right-click on MSFT and "Open MSFT Supercharts" for further analysis

========================
Example 2. Early turn against the Context
Filters:
- RROF Crosses 0 = 1
- Context RROF below 0
Finds: symbols where the current-timeframe flow just turned up while the bigger picture is still bearish. Useful as an early watch list — the Context has not confirmed yet.
========================
Example 3. Heavy volume in an old downtrend
Filters:
- Context Alignment = -1
- Alignment Age >= 10
- Compression Bar = 1
Finds: symbols in a long bear alignment where a bar printed heavy volume with little further price movement, closing on the bullish side. A possible sign that selling is being absorbed, so it needs a closer look.
========================
Example 4. Strong Ease of Move (EoM) inside a running trend
Filters:
- Context Alignment = 1
- Alignment Age >= 3
- Ease of Move (EoM) Bar = 1
Settings:
- Context Method = Timeframe
- Context Timeframe = 4 Hours
- Ease of Move threshold raised from 120% to 200%
- Signal Lookback = 10
Finds (Swing Trader): symbols in an established bull alignment (1h timeframe against a Context of 4h) where price moved a lot more easily on light volume (because of the higher threshold we set).
This screenshot shows that last example, and we open
MA on Supercharts for more analysis, we can see the bar that triggered the screener - note that you need to set the chart timeframe to match the screener (1h) and set EVEREX Pro in the lower panel to same settings as the screener.

=================================================================================
█ Tip: Learn with the Data Window
This is a quick way to better understand the RedK EVEREX Pro Screener by watching it work.
Follow these steps:
1. Add the EVEREX Pro Screener to a chart, set to the same timeframe you use in Pine Screener.
2. Add EVEREX Pro in the lower pane, with the same settings (very important to sync settings).
3. Open the Data Window.
4. Move your cursor across the chart, bar by bar.
You will see the screener values change as EVEREX changes — the alignment, the age count, the crosses and the markers. When you find a setup you like on the chart, read its values in the Data Window. Those values are what you can use as filters back in Pine Screener.

█ Important: Moving from Scan Results to Chart
When you open a symbol from the scan results on your chart, check two things:
1. EVEREX Pro uses the same settings as the screener.
2. The chart timeframe is the same as the screener timeframe.
If either one is different, the bar that triggered the scan may not show on the chart. This check saves time and confusion.
Also note:
- If Signal Lookback is above 1, the trigger can be a few bars back, not only on the last bar.
- EVEREX Pro has a "Multiplier" Context method that the screener does not have. When you check screener results, set EVEREX Pro to the same Context method you use in the screener: "Timeframe" with the same Context timeframe, or "Same TF" with the same multiplier.
=================================================================================
█ Screener Settings: Tips for Advanced Users:
Most settings are the same as in EVEREX Pro. The differences, and the settings that matter most for screening:
1. Context Method
2. Signal Lookback
3. EVEREX Markers — customize your own thresholds
The free EVEREX uses fixed marker values. EVEREX Pro and EVEREX Pro Screener enable you to adjust the threshold values. In a screener this is very useful: you can look only for stronger-than-usual events. For example:
** Important: Remember to use the same values in EVEREX Pro, so the chart shows the same markers that the screener finds.
** What the percentage means (EV ratio):
The EV (Relative Effect to Relative Volume) ratio compares how far price moved (the Effect) with how much volume it took - Borrowing from the "Cause and Effect" law. 100% means an ideal balance between the two (relative to the lookback window). When the ratio is well above a 100% (default 120%) means price moved easily on light volume — that's an Ease of Move bar. When it's well below 100% (default 50%), that means heavy volume, but little price movement — that's a Compression (a.k.a. Squat) bar. Note that the defaults come from observation; you can adjust them to your market and timeframe.

=================================================================================
█ Screener Settings: Tips for Advanced Users:
Most settings are the same as in EVEREX Pro. The differences, and the settings that matter most for screening:
1. Context Method
- Timeframe: pick the Context timeframe from the list. Choose one that is equal to or higher than your screener timeframe.
- Same TF (longer length): the Context is read on the same timeframe with a longer length (RROF length × multiplier). The multiplier goes up to 20x in the screener.
- None: single-timeframe mode. The Context and alignment columns read 0.
2. Signal Lookback
- How many recent bars count for the RROF Crosses 0 and marker columns.
- 1 = the latest bar only (default). 2 or 3 is useful when you scan after the market closes and do not want to miss something from the day before.
- Alignment Age is not affected by this setting.
3. EVEREX Markers — customize your own thresholds
The free EVEREX uses fixed marker values. EVEREX Pro and EVEREX Pro Screener enable you to adjust the threshold values. In a screener this is very useful: you can look only for stronger-than-usual events. For example:
- Stronger Ease of Move: set to say 200% instead of 120% to find extreme moves on very thin volume
- Deeper Compression: 30% instead of 50%
- Bigger MegaBars: 90 or 100 instead of 80
** Important: Remember to use the same values in EVEREX Pro, so the chart shows the same markers that the screener finds.
** What the percentage means (EV ratio):
The EV (Relative Effect to Relative Volume) ratio compares how far price moved (the Effect) with how much volume it took - Borrowing from the "Cause and Effect" law. 100% means an ideal balance between the two (relative to the lookback window). Note that the defaults come from observation; you can adjust them to your market and timeframe.
=================================================================================
█ Notes on Use & Limitations
- There are no alerts in this edition. Pine Screener would just show each alert as an extra column and they only add clutter to the screener edition and make its use a lot more difficult.
- No "Multiplier" Context method. EVEREX Pro Screener only supports the fixed timeframes that TradingView Pine Screener supports (5, 15, 30 min, 1, 2, 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month). Pick the closest Context timeframe for what you need instead.
- The Same TF multiplier is limited to 20x in the screener.
- Pine Screener calculates on the most recent 500 bars. For very long alignments, Alignment Age may show a lower count than on the chart.
- In the Pine Screener settings dialog, all Context settings stay enabled. Each setting's tooltip says which Context method uses it. The "FYI" column provides a visible clue so the user can adjust as needed.
- Every effort has been made to provide a professional-level indicator / screener - e.g., useful insights, no clutter, clean indicator status bar and a useful "data window" - If you notice any issues in that regard, please alert me directly.
- This is an insight tool, not a signal service. The markers and scan results are not advice to enter or exit any position.
