Yesterday there was a news about 
AMC goin to possibly sell more 
APE into the market (if necessary, not a guaranteed move) and now short sellers jumping on this news and shorting the hell out of the AMC causing it to go down almost 15% on yesterday's trading hours.
This is pure psychological. Hang on to your hats and do not fall for it!
