A breach of this level would open up further downside potential, with the next target likely around 4000. However, this is only the first small target; a further break below this level could lead to a retest of the previous low of 3900.
From the 4-hour chart, the key resistance level to watch is 4076-85, while the key support level is 4020-25. Technically, a pullback is more likely. We will patiently wait for key entry points.
