NEO seems to be in two bullish pennants, both on long-term (left) and shorter term (right). NEO is a very strong coin with a dedicated team and community behind it. If BTC dips in the coming weeks, we might see a strong bull run of NEO. First target lies around 0.0070.

This is an important indicator to watch. NEO has shown multiple times a very large pump (not always immediate, but usually pretty rapidly) after the RSI got below 30 on the 4h chart. The last pump also followed after the RSI got oversold (see yellow circles).
