Hello traders! Here’s my technical outlook based on the current XAUUSD (4H) chart structure. XAUUSD remains below a long-term descending trendline after breaking down from a consolidation range. The decline found strong buying interest near the 3,960 Demand Zone, where price formed a local pivot low and started to recover.
Currently, XAUUSD is trading above the 3,960 Demand Zone while remaining below the 4,120 Supply Zone. Buyers are attempting a short-term recovery, although the broader trend is still bearish.
As long as XAUUSD holds above the 3,960 Demand Zone, the recovery scenario remains valid. A bounce from current levels could push price toward the 4,120 Supply Zone (TP1), where sellers may become active again. Manage your risk!
