Summary:
MAFilter = 1 : Buy signal only triggers when price is above the (slow) MA2; and vice versa for Sell signals.
MAFilter = 2 : Buy signal only triggers when the (fast) MA1 is above the (slow) MA2; and vice versa for Sell signals.

- User can now select candle resolution to derive signals, regardless of time-frame the chart is being viewed in.
