Uses provided unix time functions to print daily open (0000 UTC) lines and optionally an additional extension to it from the previous day.

I made the logic a lot simpler so that it would work on any chart. It'd be a fun future project to work on the original script and have it switch based on syminfo.timezone!

Added option to choose 00:00 UTC as the daily open instead of the actual day's open. Added option to choose the hour and minute of the open.
Indicator no longer plots on daily timeframes and above.
