Ive been trading for 15 years and Ive been using colmex for almost 8 years since their old platform I usually change brokers every year so I never expected to feel this comfortable with one broker what really stands out is their customer support especially a representative named rami in my opinion he is one of the reasons behind the companys success and its ability to keep its clients happy and loyal

אני עם קולקס פרו כשנה, בשורה תחתונה - אני מאוד מאוד מרוצה, מעולים תמיד זמינים, המקצועיות של הנציגים מצויינת תמיד ברוח טובה, ממש "ללקק את האצבעות" בהזדמנות זו אני מבקש לציין את התמיכה הטכנית ואת מנהל התיק - דימיטרי שתומכים בשאלות ובעיניינים שעולים מעת לעת הסיבה שאני כל כך מרוצה, כי סטנדרט השרות/תמיכה שאני מקבל הם הסטנדרט שאני מצפה לו מנותן שרות אין מה לחפש מעבר לזה

וואו שמחים מאוד על ההערכה והחוויה! ומסכימים עם כל מילה על דימיטרי! :)

הצוות של קולמקס זמין ואדיב. מוכן לעזור בכל מה שצריך. תודה מיוחדת למנהל האישי שלי אדמונד אבל בכלל כל הצוות כולל הצוות הטכני זמינים ועוזרים. והעמלות מסחר במיוחד למסחר היומי הן מהטובות שאפשר למצוא.

איזה כיף לקרוא! תודה רבה על הפרגון לאדמונד ולצוות הטכני, נמשיך לתת את השירות הכי טוב שיש. מסחר מוצלח!

generally speaking, I am satisfied with the platform. The main problem is that I can not trace chronologically the performed orders .

To trace your performed orders chronologically on Colmex Pro, go to Orders / Account History, set the date filter, and sort by the execution timestamp column. עברתי הדרכה עם דימטרי, הנציג האישי שלי, והוא הסביר לי על המערכת בצורה נורא סבלנית ואדיבה. הוא הסביר לי גם על המערכת הזו וגם על המערכת שלהם. כמו כן הוא אמר שזמין לכול שאלה שלי מה שנתן לי ביטחון שיש לי רשת ביטחון ומענה לכול שאלה

בתור אחד שרק נכנס לתחום קיבלתי תמיכה והדרכה מלאה על המערכת הסברים ומענה לכל שאלותיי רוצה להודות לנציג שלי על הסבלנות והשירות

זוהי רק ההתחלה! שמחים הצטרפת ועוד יותר שמחים להיות חלק מהדרך :)

פלטפורמה מאפשרת מסחר/השקעה בזמן אמת בבורסה אמריקאית, נוחה לשימוש, עמלות יחסית נמוכות לברוקרים ישראלים, שירות לוקחות זמין וקשוב

תודה רבה על הפידבק! שמחים לשמוע על החוויה החיובית וכן, אנחנו הוגנים בעמלות ואלופים בשירות לקוחות.. יש דברים שאי אפשר לשמור רק לעצמנו :)

לצערי חוויתי חוויה נוראית מהברוקר הקודם שלי בין אם זה: פעולות משיכת כספים ובעיקר שירות. קולמקס זה בית עם זמינות מיידית, לא מתפשרים על סטנדרט אפשרויות מסחר נוחות ודינמיות ושירות שהוא מעל המצופה. בהתחלה כששקלתי להכנס אמרתי לעצמי שזה יותר מידי טוב כדי להיות אמיתי. מהרגע הראשון הרגשתי מעטפת חמה וזמינות על כל פיפס. תודה רבה !!!

why does it signs me out from their web app? there are some actions i need to do both here and there so this behavior makes the integration useless

עובד מצוין עם מסחר במניות, לצערי מסחר באופציות ניתן דרך colmex ולא בנוסף גם דרך trading view

As for options trading — it’s currently available through Colmex Pro’s main platform, but not via TradingView at this time.
