BANKNIFTY | Watching for a Possible Recovery
BANKNIFTY has witnessed strong selling pressure from higher levels and is now showing signs of recovery near the 54,580 support area.
Buyers are attempting to regain control, but the overall short-term structure remains weak.
I'm watching for a possible bullish move above 54,666.
🔹 Entry: Above 54,666
🔹 Stop Loss: 54,582
🔹 Target: 54,956
The setup offers a potential risk-to-reward ratio of approximately 1:3.46.
This is a high-risk counter-trend trade, so confirmation is important. The bullish setup will be invalidated on a 15-minute candle closing below the red stop line.
I prefer setups with favourable risk-to-reward and relatively tight, technically justified stop-losses. Proper risk and money management are essential for every trade.
This is my technical observation, not investment advice.
