BHARAT COKING COAL -- Daily Analysis: 4% to 20% UPSIDE Potential

Bharat Coking Coal Limited is currently forming a bottom consolidation structure on the daily chart following a prolonged corrective phase from its peak near ₹44.40. Price found strong demand around the lower support zone near ₹32.90 (with major base support at ₹30.00) and is now attempting to break above a primary descending trendline ("Breakout Resistance"). The current price of ₹34.02 sits inside a tight accumulation base, with a clear breakout zone ahead above ₹35.70.
🔹 PATTERN: DESCENDING TRENDLINE BREAKOUT & ACCUMULATION BASE
• Breakout Resistance Line: A sharp downward trendline capping price action since the top is currently being tested.
• Support Accumulation Zone: Solid base formation visible between ₹32.90 and ₹34.00 (highlighted green box), with absolute base support at ₹30.00.
• Gap Resistance Area: A distinct supply zone (GAP Resistance / Breakout Entry) sits between ₹36.20 and ₹37.00.
• Compression & Confirmation: Price is stabilizing after the initial test of the trendline, setting up a primary buy entry above ₹35.70.
🟢 UPSIDE SCENARIO – BULLISH BREAKOUT
• Breakout Level: ₹35.70 (BUY Entry above 35.70)
• Confirmation Required: Daily candle close above ₹35.70 to confirm the trendline reversal.
• Entry Zone: Above ₹35.70
• Target 1: ₹38.96 (+9.13% move / +3.26 pts from entry)
• Swing Trade Target: ₹42.98 – ₹43.01 (+20.41% move / +7.28 pts from entry)
• Key Fibonacci & Resistance Levels: 0.5 Fib (₹39.86), 1 Fib (₹40.75), and All-Time High (₹44.40 – ₹45.09).
🔴 DOWNSIDE SCENARIO – BEARISH BREAKDOWN
• Weakening Level: Loss of accumulation base support at ₹33.50.
• Breakdown Level: Below ₹32.90 (Low).
• Important Support Levels: ₹32.90 and major base support at ₹30.00.
• Invalidation / Stop Loss: A daily close below ₹32.90 invalidates the current bullish reversal setup.
🔹 MY BREAKOUT & EXIT RULE
If price crosses above a key resistance or Fibonacci level (such as ₹35.70, ₹38.96, or 0.5 Fib at ₹39.86) and makes a High above that level, but closes below that same level, I consider it a failed breakout/rejection and the BUYER NEEDS TO EXIT THE TRADE.
High above level + Close below level = Failed breakout → EXIT BUY TRADE.
🔹 FIBONACCI ANALYSIS
• 0.5 Level (₹39.86): Serves as an important mid-point resistance zone directly above Target 1.
• 1.0 Level (₹40.75): Key confirmation level before price pushes toward the primary Swing Trade Target of ₹43.01.
• Rule Application: If price wicks above ₹39.86 or ₹40.75 but fails to secure a daily candle close above them, I will treat it as a potential rejection and execute my exit rule.

🔑 MY VIEW
My preferred setup is bullish, provided price delivers a confirmed breakout above ₹35.70. I am watching for price to break out of its current base and clear the trendline resistance.
The bullish thesis strengthens once price trades and closes above ₹35.70, opening the path toward ₹38.96 and ultimately ₹43.01. The setup weakens if price gets rejected at the trendline and breaks below ₹32.90. I will consider the breakout confirmed only with a proper candle close above ₹35.70, strictly adhering to my candle-close exit rule if a rejection occurs.
