Bat formasyonu (Yarasa Formasyonu), 2001 yılında Scott Carney tarafından tanımlanan, Fibonacci oranlarına dayalı 5 noktalı (X-A-B-C-D) bir harmonik teknik analiz desenidir. Piyasadaki potansiyel dönüş noktalarını (trendin yön değiştireceğini) önceden belirlemek için kullanılan bu yapı, genellikle yüksek doğruluk oranıyla alım (boğa) veya satım (ayı) sinyalleri üreten bir grafik formasyonudur.
