$JPM – Liquidity Cleaned, Expansion Next?

105

One of the names I’ve been tracking this week is JPM.

After the recent pullback into ~$296, price swept short-term sell-side liquidity without reaching the deeper $290 pocket. Since then, we’ve seen stabilization above $300 and volume starting to rotate back in.

This doesn’t look like panic selling.
It looks more like positioning.

At the moment, price is working inside a decision area between roughly $300–314. There’s still an imbalance overhead near $314 that hasn’t been fully repaired. If we continue seeing steady bid flow and acceptance above $300, the next logical magnet becomes the upper liquidity pool around $323–324.

On the downside, I’d only get cautious if we lose $297 with acceptance. Until then, structure is still intact.

For those who trade options, one conservative idea could be a bull put spread around the 285 / 280 strikes (short-term expiry). If JPM holds structure and doesn’t revisit lower liquidity, this type of spread can offer roughly ~10-15% return on risk over a 2–3 week window depending on fills and IV.

The simpler approach is buying shares around current levels and targeting a controlled 5–6% move toward the $320s if liquidity above gets taken.

This isn’t about indicators for me.
It’s about:

• Liquidity sweep completed
• Structure holding above $300
• Imbalance overhead
• Quiet institutional rotation

For now, I’m tracking and waiting for continued confirmation through volume and acceptance.

As always, these are personal trading notes, not a recommendation.
