2 если зайти на локальный фондовый развивающийся рынок после обесценения местной валюты (в момент пере
расчета стоимости акций) как правило при этом он на лоях (кризис) +%
3 ну и рынок в целом большше ростет чем падает (отсев шортов) +%
Вроде все логично осталось сущая мелочь зайти на него))
