Man Infraconstruction is showing strong signs of recovery after a massive correction from its previous highs. The stock recently bounced from its long-term rising support around 75–80 and has recovered sharply towards 130. Now price is approaching the important 130–140 resistance zone which has acted as both support and resistance multiple times over the last four years. The weekly RSI has recovered above 60 and buying volumes have improved significantly. This suggests that buyers are gradually regaining control and the stock is preparing for a possible major trend reversal.
A strong weekly breakout above 135–140 followed by sustained trading above this zone could trigger fresh bullish momentum. This level is particularly important because several previous rallies have faced rejection here. Once it breaks, traders waiting for confirmation may start entering while short covering could accelerate the move. The next major resistance is around 190–195 which offers approximately 43% upside from the current level. A successful retest of the breakout zone would further strengthen the setup. After months of correction, one convincing breakout could mark the beginning of a powerful recovery towards its previous highs.
