Nifty Update: Pullback to 200 DEMA | Key Level to Watch

159
Nifty has now pulled back to the 200 DEMA, which I believe could act as a key resistance zone.

My view is simple:

🔹 If price gets rejected from the 200 DEMA, I will look for selling opportunities on pullbacks.

🔹 If selling pressure continues, the next area to watch on the downside could be the 100 DEMA.

🔹 If Nifty manages to reclaim and sustain above the 200 DEMA, I will wait for fresh confirmation before changing my view.

Since this is an overnight setup, there is always a risk of gap-up or gap-down moves. That's why risk management is more important than prediction.

My current plan:
✅ Sell on rallies while price remains below the 200 DEMA.
✅ Watch for rejection around this pullback zone.
✅ Manage risk carefully due to overnight volatility.

What's your view? Do you see this as a bearish pullback or the start of a reversal? Let's learn together. 📊

This is my personal technical observation shared for learning and discussion purposes only. It is not financial advice or a trade recommendation. Please do your own analysis and consult a qualified financial advisor before taking any position. Overnight trades carry additional risk due to gap-up or gap-down openings. Always manage your risk before entering any trade.
