Basically for the past three years, Oracle has overall just been moving sideways. But right now, Oracle is once again testing a major confluence of support. Despite this being the third retest in a row, there is still a higher chance that Oracle will create a bullish bottom.

It is almost really unbelievable that within two months, Oracle corrected a massive -50%. But looking at the higher timeframe, Oracle is also still fighting with a major confluence of support. So far, Oracle did not create any confirmation and can still break the level.
