I think SPY has topped out for now. I bought puts strike 730 exp 08/31. SL triggers if an hour candles closes above 732 (blue line) very tight. If the price breaks down the trendline is mostly like to continue its downside.
VIX also looks like just bottomed.

I was going to take the loss but the VIX is coiling into the triangle. My puts expire in August so I'll hold for now.Note
