SVRN is transitioning from its former shipping business into a digital-asset treasury and infrastructure company focused on NEAR Protocol.The company holds approximately 55.3 million NEAR tokens, with around 93% staked to generate network rewards. Its strategy combines treasury management, staking, validator infrastructure and commercial adoption of NEAR.
It has also expanded into network infrastructure through FastNEAR and demonstrated a stablecoin payment pilot with Oracle.
** IMPORTANT**
However, there are significant risks. Nasdaq issued a delisting determination on October 30 due to the overdue 2025 annual report. SVRN intends to request a hearing, while an accounting consultation with the SEC remains unresolved. Its listing is therefore not assured.
Price Structure
Path 1: Move toward the $100–$140 gap, followed by a correction toward $80 and potential expansion toward the $1,661 liquidity zone.
Path 2: A decline toward the $6.06 liquidity zone, approximately 60% below the reference price, before a potential recovery.
