用Fiber描述从2019年黄金价格爆发至今的价格走势，支撑和阻力位基本吻合，目前价格处于0.236到0.382的中期趋势里。上方阻力 4500，下方支撑 4000.均为关键支撑。
可以逢低做多，逢高做空为市场提供流动性。
支撑阻力明显，套利不可避免，后续可能会先形成一个三角盘整，再决定未来的方向。
目前三角盘整的上下区间振幅10%，存在不错的盈亏比，市场存在分歧，可以添加交易计划，直至震幅缩小。

通过fiber时区预估价格抵达的时间，如果价格长时间未能下跌，调整计划。Note
添加移动止损。下行到新的支撑和阻力区间，调整止损位置。
