Gold Pullback Into Support — Is the Breakout Ready to Continue?

152
Hello Traders! 👋

What are your thoughts on Gold?

Gold has spent the past several weeks trading under a clear descending trendline, with each recovery attracting fresh selling pressure. That structure has recently started to change. Price finally broke above the trendline, suggesting that the bearish momentum controlling the market may be losing strength.

Since the breakout, Gold has failed to extend higher and is now pulling back toward the 4,225–4,260 support zone. Rather than viewing this decline as immediately bearish, I see it as an important test of whether buyers can defend the new structure. A liquidity sweep into this area followed by a strong rejection would make the bullish setup more convincing.

If buyers regain control from this zone, 4,435 becomes the first key upside target. A sustained break above that level could then expose 4,520, where the next major resistance is located.

For now, the support zone is the key. As long as Gold remains above 4,225, the broader recovery scenario stays intact. A decisive H4 close below this level would weaken the bullish structure and invalidate the current setup.

Patience matters here. Instead of chasing price, I would rather see how Gold reacts when it reaches support.
