XAUUSD is starting to look more constructive after buyers stepped in from the recent lows and pushed price back toward the descending trendline.
What makes this move interesting is that price is no longer falling away from resistance. Instead, it is gradually pressing back into the trendline, suggesting that selling pressure may be losing some of its strength.
The next push could therefore be important. If buyers manage to break through the trendline and hold above it on a retest, the current recovery would gain much stronger confirmation. From there, I would be watching 4,225–4,240 as the next potential upside target.
A short-term pullback is still possible before the breakout, especially with price sitting close to resistance. For me, confirmation matters more than trying to anticipate the exact breakout candle.
