Partner program rules
Last updated: September 30, 2026.
Effective Date: October 30, 2026.
1. Promotion
- Our partners may use any sites/platforms for their posts including but not limited to their own and third-party sites, blogs, and social networks.
- Eligible Partners may conduct marketing activity in any country or region which is an Eligible Territory (as defined in Rule 3.7). Partners must not direct marketing activity to any jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful or where TradingView's services are not available, and must not market to, or refer, any person who is not an Eligible Person (as defined in Rule 3.7).
- Paid advertising campaigns that include keywords such as the name of the brand written in any format and language (e.g., tradingview, tradingview.com, trade view, trader view) and misspellings thereof (e.g., tradeingview) are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must ensure all promotional content relating to TradingView is accurate, fair, clear, and not misleading. Affiliates must not make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about trading profits, investment returns, or financial outcomes (e.g. "earn x100 returns" or "guaranteed profits"), represent TradingView's tools or services as financial advice or investment recommendations, or use testimonials or case studies in a misleading way or omit material information that would affect how a reasonable person views the content. TradingView may require affiliates to remove or amend any non-compliant promotional content, and failure to do so immediately will constitute a material breach of these Rules, which may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions connected with the non-compliant content.
- Sanctions and Export Controls. Partners must comply with all applicable sanctions and export control laws and regulations, including those administered by OFAC (US), the European Union and HM Treasury/OFSI (UK), and must only promote TradingView's services to, or refer, any Eligible Person or any person located or ordinarily resident in an Eligible Territory (each as defined in Rule 3.7). If a partner becomes aware that any referral or transaction may involve a person other than an Eligible Person or a person not located or ordinarily resident in an Eligible Territory, it must notify TradingView in writing immediately. TradingView may screen partners and referred users against applicable sanctions lists, may withhold any commission arising from such a referral or transaction, and may terminate the partner's account with immediate effect in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of this Rule.
- Paid Advertising. Any paid advertising campaign must be approved by TradingView in writing before launch. Partners must, on request, provide TradingView with full details of any paid advertising activity (including search engine advertising, display advertising and native advertising), including traffic sources, targeting, creatives and keywords. Paid advertising that breaches these Rules, or that has not been approved where approval is required, may result in commission denial, suspension of payouts or account termination.
- Retargeting or remarketing is not considered as paid user acquisition. An affiliate would not be rewarded for these users.
- To the extent required by applicable advertising disclosure laws and regulations (including, without limitation, FTC Endorsement Guides or equivalent local requirements), partners must ensure that all promotional content clearly identifies the relationship as a paid affiliate or sponsored arrangement.
- We are against any site/platform that replicates the design, functionality, name (including domain name) or services of TradingView. Such websites are likely to mislead users. If you wish to use TradingView's design elements, you may use certain elements of our corporate style to design your creatives and promotional materials only using the materials in TradingView's media kit and in accordance with any usage requirements TradingView notifies to you from time to time. You must not alter TradingView's logos or brand materials, must not use them in a way that implies TradingView endorses your products or services, and must stop using them immediately if TradingView asks you to. You can also integrate our widgets to show the affiliation with TradingView.
- It is not allowed to include discounts or special offers in your message unless such discounts form part of a site-wide promotional offer (such as a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale) or have been specifically authorised by TradingView in writing.
- Monetary incentives are not allowed including, but not limited to, the following: cashbacks, cashbacks in TradingView rewards, and/or additional discounts not authorised by TradingView, unless forming part of a site-wide promotional offer or otherwise authorised by TradingView in writing.
- Spamming is strictly prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, "spamming" includes unsolicited bulk messaging, the use of automated bots to distribute promotional content, and any communications that violate applicable anti-spam legislation (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent local laws).
- Purchasing a TradingView subscription through one's own referral link is prohibited and goes against our Program. This behaviour will result in no commissions being payable, and TradingView reserves the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate's account in the event of self-referral.
- It is forbidden to use two or more accounts. TradingView reserves the right to aggregate accounts that it reasonably believes are operated by the same individual or entity, and to withhold or recover any commissions paid in respect of such accounts.
- Adding referral links in the widget's attribution as well as to any part of the widget's HTML code is not allowed. No commissions shall be payable in respect of traffic generated through such attribution. Our widget's source links should be organic and non-referral at all times.
- No Reselling. The Program is intended for promotion to end users only. Any form of reselling, sublicensing, redistribution, or commercial reuse of TradingView subscriptions or accounts is strictly prohibited. Transactions involving resold, shared, or redistributed accounts (including but not limited to bulk account creation, resale of access, or resale via third parties) will not be considered valid referrals and will not be eligible for commission. Such activity may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions connected with such activity.
- Prohibited Techniques. Partners must not: (a) engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups or pop-unders, or any technique that sets a tracking cookie without a genuine user click on a referral link; (b) mask, cloak or misrepresent the referring URL or the true source of traffic; (c) use bots, iframes, hidden frames, automated scripts or purchased contact lists to generate clicks, sign-ups or referrals; (d) purchase advertising that competes with TradingView's own advertising, including on TradingView brand keywords; or (e) engage in any deceptive, misleading or unlawful marketing. Partners must accurately declare, and keep up to date in the partner dashboard, all websites, domains, applications and channels on which they use referral links.
2. Commissions
- As a member of the Program, you will receive a fixed one-time commission for each eligible first subscription purchase made by a referred user, depending on the plan purchased. Commission rates are as follows:
- Essential monthly Subscription - $10Essential annual Subscription - $60
- Plus monthly Subscription - $25Plus annual Subscription - $100
- Premium monthly Subscription - $50Premium annual Subscription - $120
- Ultimate monthly Subscription - $200Ultimate annual Subscription - $400
You will be able to withdraw these funds once the conditions set out in these Rules are met. TradingView may amend commission rates in accordance with Rule 4.4.
- Commission Eligibility. A commission is payable only where: (a) the referred user is a new user attributed to you in accordance with Rules 2.3 to 2.6; (b) the referred user has completed an eligible paid subscription purchase; (c) you have complied with these Rules; and (d) payment of the commission is not prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including sanctions laws. No commission is payable where it was obtained by fraud, misuse of referral links or any technique prohibited by these Rules, or where the referred user has paid or will pay you directly in connection with the referral. Where more than one partner claims the same referred user, TradingView will attribute the user to the partner whose referral link was last clicked before sign-up, as recorded in TradingView's systems. TradingView may discontinue commission payments if any eligibility criterion ceases to be met.
- 90-Day Cookie - As soon as your potential customers are redirected to TradingView after clicking one of your links, they will have a cookie stored in their web browsers that links them to you. This cookie is stored for 90 days. If your referrals sign up within 90 days, they will be assigned to you. The cookie mechanism operates in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including any relevant user consent requirements under GDPR and equivalent legislation. TradingView is not liable for any commission that cannot be tracked because a user clears or blocks cookies, uses a device or browser on which the cookie was not set, or otherwise defeats tracking.
- Attribution Window - The attribution window is 90 days. After new users sign up through your link, they have 90 days to make a subscription purchase or opt for a trial. If a user chooses a trial month, the attribution window extends for an additional 90 days after the trial period ends. Rewards for purchases made within this extended 90-day period will be credited to your partner account.
- An affiliate's commission is based on paid subscriptions purchased only via the web-version of TradingView. Our desktop and mobile apps are not part of the affiliate program at this time. Furthermore, market data, add-on purchases, and purchases with TradingView rewards are not taken into account when calculating affiliate commissions.
- The affiliate receives a commission for new users only. If a user previously registered an account with TradingView other than through your referral link, the Program will not identify that user as a new referral and no commission is payable for that user.
- Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the affiliate's commission to accurately reflect that the referred user did not complete the subscription process. Where commissions have already been paid in respect of a refunded or charged-back subscription, TradingView reserves the right to offset such amounts against future commission payments or, where no future commissions are available, to invoice the partner for the relevant amount, payable within thirty (30) days.
- TradingView calculates commissions that affiliates have generated on a monthly basis. TradingView's internal data shall be used to provide partners with accurate information. TradingView's calculation of commissions shall be final and binding, save for manifest error.
- Instant Enrollment and Verification of Withdrawals - Anyone can become an affiliate once they have completed an application. New affiliates have full access to their affiliate dashboard, links, and creatives. However, withdrawal of funds must be verified by our affiliate team to ensure the safety, security, and validation of your account. Affiliates will be expected to demonstrate where their traffic comes from (social media, website, links, etc.) and the resources used to drive traffic. TradingView may request additional verification documentation, including proof of identity, at any time.
- Traffic Verification - Failure to provide adequate verification of traffic sources, or discrepancies between declared traffic sources and sources determined or tracked by TradingView's internal systems, may result in a temporary suspension of payouts. Continued non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination and forfeiture of commissions attributable to unverified or misdeclared traffic.
- Commission Expiration - Commissions earned by an affiliate remain available for withdrawal for a period of twelve (12) months from the date they become eligible for payout. If the affiliate does not request a withdrawal within this twelve (12) month period, the corresponding commissions will expire and will no longer be payable. Expired commissions cannot be reinstated. TradingView will use reasonable efforts to send a reminder to the email address on your partner account before commissions expire.
- Legacy Partners. If you joined the Program before 10 May 2023 on terms providing for a recurring commission on subscription payments made by users you referred (the "Legacy Terms"), you will continue to receive a recurring commission on subscription payments made by users you refer or previously referred, at the rate of 30% of each subscription payment they make that is received by TradingView (the "Legacy Commission"), calculated and paid under Sections 2 and 3, until the Legacy Commission ends under Rule 2.12(a) or (b). No Legacy Commission is payable in respect of any user more than two (2) years after the date on which that user was referred by you.
- (a) Activity Requirement. To continue receiving the Legacy Commission, you must refer at least one new user who makes a first paid subscription purchase in each period of three (3) consecutive calendar months. If you do not refer such a user in a period, the Legacy Commission ends automatically on the last day of that period, without further notice, and from that date no further commission is payable on users you referred before that date. Only Rule 2.1 will apply to you from that date. Once the Legacy Commission has ended it does not restart, whether or not you refer further users.
- (b) Ending by Notice. Notwithstanding Rule 2.12(a), TradingView may end the Legacy Commission at any time by giving you at least thirty (30) days' written notice by email to the address on your partner account at its sole discretion. After that period ends, no further commission is payable on users you referred before that date. Only Rule 2.1 will apply to you from that date. Once the Legacy Commission has ended it does not restart, whether or not you refer further users.
3. Payouts
- Payouts are made once a month. TradingView shall use reasonable endeavours to process payouts within forty (40) days, but shall not be liable for any delay caused by payment processor issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The following payment cycle applies to all payout requests:
- (a) TradingView operates one payment cycle per month;
- (b) payout requests are collected up until the last day of the month;
- (c) TradingView will run necessary checks and verifications on all requests collected during the previous month; and
- (d) payments are processed and dispatched within fourteen (14) days of the following month.
- Payouts are made through PayPal only. You need a PayPal account in order to receive your payment. TradingView may add or remove payment methods at its discretion upon reasonable notice to partners. Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars unless TradingView specifies otherwise. Where a currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied by TradingView or its payment provider will apply.
- Failure to include your PayPal email will result in rejection of payouts after twelve (12) months. It is the affiliate's sole responsibility to ensure that payment details are accurate. If an affiliate provides incorrect information, the payout will be rejected and TradingView shall have no liability for any resulting loss or delay. For the avoidance of doubt, this twelve (12) month period runs concurrently with the commission expiration period set out in Rule 2.11.
- Conditions of Payment. Before any payout is made you must: (a) have accepted the current version of these Rules; (b) have completed the verification described in Rules 2.9 and 2.10; (c) have provided valid and up-to-date payment details; and (d) have provided any tax documentation TradingView reasonably requests (including, where applicable, IRS Form W-8 or W-9 or an equivalent). TradingView may withhold payouts until these conditions are met, and may deduct or withhold any taxes that it is required by law to withhold.
- Set-off. TradingView may set off any amount you owe to TradingView (including refunded or charged-back commissions and commissions paid in error) against any amount payable to you under these Rules.
- Eligible Persons and Territories. TradingView only accepts as partners, and pays commissions to or in respect of: (a) any person who is not the target of sanctions administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations, or who is not owned or controlled by such a person (an "Eligible Person"); and (b) any person located or ordinarily resident in a country or territory that is not the subject of comprehensive sanctions, or a country or territory in which TradingView offers its services or can lawfully make payments (an "Eligible Territory"). Eligible Territories currently exclude Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. TradingView may update the list of Eligible Territories at any time without notice. TradingView may suspend or close the account of, and withhold or cancel any commission payable to, any partner who is not or stops being: (a) an Eligible Person; or (b) located or ordinarily resident in an Eligible Territory. No commission is payable in respect of any referred user who is not an Eligible Person or is not located or ordinarily resident in an Eligible Territory.
- Minimum Payout Threshold. TradingView reserves the right to establish a minimum payout threshold. Commissions below the applicable threshold shall be carried forward to the following payment period.
4. Responsibility
- TradingView reserves the right to refuse payment if it establishes that an affiliate has violated the rules set forth herein or used dishonest tactics to acquire subscribers. In such circumstances TradingView may permanently close the affiliate's account, any commissions connected with the violation or dishonest tactics shall be forfeited, and TradingView may recover any such commissions already paid.
- TradingView is not responsible for the activities an affiliate undertakes in order to generate traffic. The affiliate warrants and represents that their actions do not violate laws, legal acts, and other rules and regulations applicable to the affiliate. The affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless TradingView, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the affiliate's breach of this warranty. TradingView will notify the affiliate of any such claim within a reasonable time and provide reasonable information to enable the affiliate to respond. The affiliate may not settle any claim in a way that imposes an obligation on, or requires an admission by, TradingView without TradingView's prior written consent.
- TradingView is not responsible for the payment of taxes an affiliate is subject to in the state of their tax residency. Payment of legally established taxes, fees, and other obligatory payments shall be the duty and responsibility of the affiliate.
- Changes to these Rules. TradingView may modify or update these Rules (including the commission rates) at any time. You should check the TradingView website and these Rules regularly to ensure any changes made are suitable for you. If you do not agree with a change, you may terminate your participation in the Program under Rule 4.7 before the change takes effect. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules. It is your responsibility to review these Rules from time to time.
- Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradingView's total aggregate liability to any affiliate under or in connection with these Rules shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall TradingView be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
- Dashboard and Tools. The partner dashboard, referral links, tracking tools and creatives are provided "as is". TradingView does not warrant that they will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times, and may change or discontinue any part of the Program's tools or benefits on reasonable notice.
- Termination. Either TradingView or the affiliate may terminate the affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, on fifteen (15) days' written notice to the other (in the affiliate's case, by contacting the partner team in writing). During the notice period, the affiliate may continue to operate under the Program in accordance with these Rules. On termination the affiliate account will be deactivated and access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked. Where termination is not due to a violation of these Rules:
- (a) any commissions validly earned, verified and compliant with these Rules on subscription purchases recognised by TradingView before the termination date will be paid in the next regular payout cycle, subject to Rule 3.5 (Conditions of Payment), and no commission is payable on purchases recognised after the termination date; and
- (b) TradingView may, upon request, provide a summary report of the affiliate's performance prior to account deactivation.
Where termination is due to a violation of these Rules, TradingView may suspend or terminate the affiliate's account with immediate effect, and commissions shall be forfeited in accordance with Rule 4.1. On termination for any reason, the affiliate must stop using TradingView's brand materials and referral links and remove references to the Program from its websites and channels. Rules which by their nature are intended to survive termination (including Rules 2.7, 3.5 to 3.7, 4.1 to 4.8 and Sections 5, 6, and 7) will survive.
- Intellectual Property. TradingView retains all intellectual property rights in any brand materials, logos, creatives, and other assets made available to affiliates in connection with the Partner Program. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use such materials solely for the purposes of the Partner Program and in accordance with TradingView's brand guidelines. This licence terminates automatically upon termination of the affiliate relationship.
- Force Majeure. Neither party shall be in breach of these Rules, nor liable to the other, for any failure or delay in performance to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical outages, regulatory changes, natural disasters, and acts of government. The affected party shall promptly notify the other and shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the relevant event.
5. Personal Data
- TradingView processes personal data relating to affiliates in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Each of TradingView and the affiliate is an independent controller of the personal data it processes in connection with the Program and is responsible for its own compliance with applicable data protection laws. TradingView may send affiliates service communications about the Program (including changes to these Rules, payouts and account matters). Affiliates may separately choose to receive marketing communications and promotional offers from TradingView.
- Data Protection. The affiliate shall ensure that any personal data obtained in connection with promotional activities is collected and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. The affiliate shall not share any referral user data with third parties without TradingView's prior written consent.
- Opt-Out. Affiliates may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in such communications. Opting out of marketing communications shall not affect the affiliate's participation in the Program.
- Confidentiality. Information about TradingView's users and referred users, commission and performance data, non-public Program terms, and any other information that TradingView identifies as confidential is confidential information of TradingView. The affiliate must use such information only for the purposes of the Program, protect it with at least reasonable care, and not disclose it to any third party except as required by law.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Rules or the Program (a "Dispute") will be resolved as follows. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute by negotiation for thirty (30) days after either party gives written notice of the Dispute. Any Dispute not resolved by negotiation shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by National Arbitration & Mediation ("NAM") under its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures in effect at the time of arbitration, as modified by this Rule, before a single arbitrator and conducted in the English language. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Rule. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in New York in respect of the infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights. YOU AND TRADINGVIEW AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND THAT THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE AFFILIATE. If twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the assistance of the same law firm or organisation, they will be administered in batches in the manner set out in the Batch Arbitration provision of TradingView's Terms of Use. You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by sending written notice to legal@tradingview.com within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Rules. If you validly opt out, or to the extent any Dispute is not subject to arbitration, the Dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are resident in a member state of the EEA or in a country in which this agreement to arbitrate is prohibited by law, this Rule 6.2 does not apply to you and any Dispute will be governed by English law and decided exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, except to the extent prohibited by mandatory local law.
7. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Rules, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between TradingView and the affiliate with respect to the Program and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations, subject to Rule 2.12 in relation to Legacy Partners. TradingView rejects any additional or different terms proposed by an affiliate.
- Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. The failure of TradingView to enforce any right or provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment. The affiliate may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Rules, including by way of merger, change of control or operation of law, without TradingView's prior written consent. TradingView may assign these Rules to any affiliated company or to any successor to its business without restriction.
- Independent Contractors. The affiliate is an independent contractor and nothing in these Rules shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between TradingView and the affiliate.
- Notices. Notices to TradingView under these Rules must be sent in writing to legal@tradingview.com. Notices to affiliates may be given by email to the address on the affiliate's partner account or through the partner dashboard, and are deemed received when sent.
- Eligibility and Authority. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program. If you participate on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Rules.
- No Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in these Rules confers any right, benefit or remedy on any person other than TradingView, its affiliated companies and the affiliate.
- Governing Language. These Rules are produced in the English language. In the event that these Rules are translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between it and any translation.
