SMA Selector

Purpose : Plot up to 3 independently configurable SMAs. Each SMA slot can be
measured 3 ways:
1) "Chart Bars" - length counted in bars of the CURRENT chart
timeframe (classic ta.sma behavior).
2) "Trading Days" - length counted in real daily bars, pulled
from the daily timeframe regardless of what
timeframe the chart is on. Weekends/holidays
are automatically skipped because there is
no daily bar for them.
3) "Both" - plots both lines together for comparison.
