Updated ICT Killzone+ Marcos
Due to the limit of indicator, I create this pine script which is a combination of the below two scripts related to ICT Killzones & ICT Marcos
Then, user can conveniently use one script to indicate both Timezone related ICT

Add back London session Marcos button which is default as false.If you wish to display them, just click the checkbox of the Marcos that you want.
