Updated UK Sectors Comparison SMA

Provides a chart showing SMA of UK equity indexes from CBOE cboe.com/europe/indices/
Shows either percentage change from baseline, or absolute index values.
All configurable (including selected symbols), but the defaults are:
SMA 100,
Show Absolute Values = true
Baseline is set to BBUKAC
Sector indexes are:
UK Consumer Cyclicals = BBUKCONC
UK Mining and Minerals = BBUKMINP
UK Finance = BBUKFIN
UK Technology = BBUKTEC
UK Telecoms = BBUKTEL
UK Consumer Services = BBUKCONS
UK Healthcare = BBUKHLTH
UK Energy = BBUKENGY
UK Utilities = BBUKUTL
UK Business Services = BBUKBUS
UK Consumer Non-Cyclicals = BBUKCNC
UK Industrials = BBUKIND
UK Non-Energy Minerals = $CBOEEU:BUKNIM
