Updated BTC Spot Delta

What it does:
This indicator aggregates spot trading volume from 5 major exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitfinex, Coinbase) and calculates the cumulative buying/selling pressure.
How it works:
On green candles (close > previous close): volume is added as positive (+)
On red candles (close < previous close): volume is added as negative (-)
These deltas are summed across all exchanges, smoothed with SMA, then cumulated
How to read:
Rising CVD (green): Buyers are dominant, accumulation phase
Falling CVD (red): Sellers are dominant, distribution phase
Divergence with price: Potential reversal signal
Price up + CVD down = Weak rally, possible drop
Price down + CVD up = Weak selloff, possible bounce
Parameters:
SMA Length: Smoothing period for delta (default: 3)
