Updated OBV with SMA_OBV & MAX_OBV

This script displays OBV, its moving average, and the peak high; all parameters are configurable.
If OBV exceeds the average value, the chart turns green; if it falls below, it turns red.
It is possible to display the period high and the current OBV value. A simple yet useful script.
