CYS Key Levels: Previous Day, Overnight & Open

This indicator draws the price levels many intraday traders watch every day, so you don't have to mark them by hand.
What it shows
- Previous day high (PDH), low (PDL) and close (PDC)
- Overnight high (ONH) and low (ONL): the range traded outside the regular session, useful on futures such as NQ, ES, MNQ and MES
- Regular session open
- Price labels on the right side of the chart
How it works
- Previous day values come from the confirmed daily bar, so they do not repaint.
- The overnight range is everything traded outside the regular session. It is locked in at the session open and stays fixed for the day.
- The regular session and its time zone are adjustable in the settings (default 09:30-16:00 New York).
- Overnight and open levels only appear on intraday timeframes.
Alerts
- Cross above previous day high / below previous day low
- Cross above overnight high / below overnight low
Create them from the Alerts menu and choose "CYS Key Levels".
How traders use it
These levels often act as reference points for support, resistance and breakouts. Use them together with your own analysis and risk management.
