Updated CNPS MACD

CNPS MACD is a trend-following trading system, applicable to VN30F1M Index Futures Contracts.
1. Long order activation:
Open Long: MACD(12,26,9,close) > MACD signal
Close Long: MACD(12,26,9,close) < MACD signal or price hits SL/TP.
2. Short order activation:
Open Short: MACD(12,26,9,close) < MACD signal
Close Sell: MACD(12,26,9,close) > MACD signal or price hits SL/TP.
3. A compatible version can be found on Entrade's Avatar bot platform.
