[PAPI] Bollinger Bands %b MTF
A version of Bollinger Bands %b which provide the plotted line for two user-defined timeframes at the same time.
Default timeframes are 1h and 1m.
When both lines are in overbought territory, look for sell trades. When both lines ate in oversold territory, look for buy trades
