Updated Liquidity Reversal Zones v2

Liquidity Reversal Zones [Composite Score] v2
Liquidity Reversal Zones is a composite reversal indicator designed to identify potential long and short reversal areas after liquidity sweeps, market overextension, and order-flow exhaustion.
The indicator builds one adaptive score from multiple market factors, including:
- Liquidity sweeps of prior highs/lows, pivot levels, rolling extremes, equal highs/lows, and round numbers
- Overbought/oversold valuation using Z-score, RSI, Stochastic, Bollinger %B, MFI, and flow pressure
- CVD, OBV, volume intensity, relative volume, and absorption
- Bullish/bearish divergence from CVD, RSI, and OBV
- Aggregated crypto Open Interest with price/OI quadrant logic
- VWAP, Anchored VWAP, volume profile POC/VAH/VAL, and level retest memory
- Higher-timeframe bias, volatility regime, ADX trend filter, and chop filter
- Optional funding-rate context for crypto markets
Positive conditions create LONG reversal zones when price sweeps liquidity below key levels and shows oversold/reversal evidence. Negative conditions create SHORT reversal zones when price sweeps liquidity above key levels and shows overbought/reversal evidence.
The indicator can display:
- Composite score as columns or histogram
- Adaptive or fixed strong/medium thresholds
- Reversal zones directly on the chart
- Zone labels with probability, RR, and capitulation flags
- Target projection and zone POC
- Dashboard with strength, confluence, volume, Open Interest, sweep direction, context, and historical hit-rate
Zones are managed through a lifecycle: Active, Tested, Confirmed, or Mitigated. Nearby zones can be merged automatically.
Alerts are included for long/short zones, strong zones, CVD divergences, and capitulation conditions.
This tool is intended for analytical and educational use. It should be combined with market structure, risk management, and the trader’s own confirmation process.

Release Notes
Update:- Added a composite score combining OBV, Flow Control Oscillator, and CVD.
- Introduced customizable thresholds with adaptive or fixed modes.
- Improved LONG/SHORT reversal zone detection using extremity, flow, divergence, and market context.
- Enhanced visual settings to make high-probability zones more prominent.
- Added alerts for price entering zones and for zone confirmations.
Release Notes
Update: Major refactor and reliability pass. Added strict setup snapshots, improved zone lifecycle handling, and a more robust sweep state machine with optional sweep gating. OI/data health is now normalized and tracked with clearer availability metrics. Volume Profile was upgraded to use true range-based distribution and a real prior-day POC. Confirmed HTF is now the default, with timeframe guards and ATR-based HTF zone thickness. Stats were reworked into honest R-based in-sample diagnostics with proper profit factor, expectancy, Wilson CI, timeout handling, and probability bin pooling.Release Notes
Optimization for Trading ViewRelease Notes
- Added robust MAD/IQR normalization for Volume, Open Interest changes, and candle range to reduce baseline distortion from isolated outliers.- Preserved genuine liquidation and capitulation shocks instead of filtering them out.
- Improved absorption detection using a robust range baseline.
- The indicator is now strictly analytical: liquidity zones, confluence, volume/OI context, sweeps, reversals, and zone lifecycle only.
- Webhook payloads now use analytical fields such as price, level, confidence, and zone state.
Release Notes
- Enhanced lower-timeframe delta with range-weighted volume pressure and data-coverage quality states.- Added partial FVG fill tracking with fading confluence and overlapping-gap merging.
- Added squeeze-stress detection using real Open Interest, funding/basis crowding, and rejection wicks.
- Expanded dashboard, alerts, and webhook telemetry for the new analytical context.
Release Notes
- The volume profile now updates every few bars instead of recalculating on every single one — this was the main slowdown. You can control how often via a new setting.- Removed a duplicate data request for the higher-timeframe reading (now fetched once instead of twice).
- The higher-timeframe zones no longer pull data when that feature is turned off.
