Updated Multi Moving Average with Forecast
This script allows to use 5 different MAs with prediction of the next five periods.

Major Update- corrected LSMA and TMA formulas
- renamed SMA→SMMA (old SMA was smoothed, not simple); added true SMA
- now you got 10 moving averages instead of 5
- added ALMA, FRAMA, KAMA, MD, SMMA, T3, VIDYA, ZLEMA
- labels can show price + MA type at the end of line
- forecast changed from plot to dotted lines
- migrated to Pine v6
