Fibonacci Recursive Exponential Moving Average (FR-EMA)

The Fibonacci Recursive Exponential Moving Average (FR-EMA) is a quantitative trend and momentum indicator that replaces arbitrary integer moving average lengths with continuous smoothing factors derived from the Golden Ratio.
By calculating three non-resonant recursive curves—Fast (approx. 4.2 days), Mid (approx. 7.5 days), and Slow (approx. 20.8 days)—the system minimizes lag while eliminating frequency distortion. It delivers a clean chart displaying only the three lines by default, while providing optional triggers for trend alignment breakouts, pullback entries, and mean-reversion extremes.
