Scalp FVG zones with HTF bias filter and risk ticket

=== WHAT IT DOES ===
This indicator plots unmitigated Fair Value Gaps (FVG) as tradable scalp
zones, filters them against a higher-timeframe bias, hides everything that
is too far from price to be traded, and computes a complete risk ticket
for the nearest valid zone.
It is built for intraday scalping on liquid instruments (designed and
tested on BTCUSD 5m; usable on 1m to 15m on any liquid symbol).
=== THE PROBLEM IT ADDRESSES ===
Most Smart Money Concepts indicators mark order blocks from swing pivots.
A swing pivot is only confirmed N bars after it forms, so the zone appears
long after the move that created it, and it is often several hundred points
away from current price. That is useful as context, but it is not something
a scalper with a 1x ATR stop can trade.
This script takes the opposite approach: it marks the imbalance created by
