Updated Week Start Date Markers

Week Start Date Markers is a lightweight chart overlay for traders who want cleaner time structure on the chart without adding heavy visual noise.

- highlighted Monday dividers to separate trading weeks
- a compact DD/MM date label on the first trading day of each week
