Renko 9:15-9:16 Color

If you are using Renko chats with 1 second time frame you can use this script to highlight the gapup/gapdown with different colour

What this does (strict as per your requirement)
Only bricks with timestamp:
09:15
09:16
→ will be Yellow

Important (just so you’re aware, not changing logic)
If no Renko brick forms at 9:15–9:16, nothing will be colored
This is expected behavior
