Distance % from sma

Distance % from SMA — Plots the percentage distance between the current closing price and its Simple Moving Average (default length: 36). Values above 0 mean price is trading above the SMA (potentially overbought/extended), and values below 0 mean price is trading below the SMA (potentially oversold/extended). The zero line acts as the neutral/mean-reversion reference — the indicator essentially measures how "stretched" price is from its average in percentage terms, which can help flag overextended moves likely to revert toward the mean.
