ZigZag Volume Profile [Honestcowboy]The ZigZag Volume Profile Indicator is a combination of 2 very popular trading indicators, the volume profile and zigzag indicator. Instead of using predetermined sessions like traditional volume profile analysis. This indicator expands on zigzag indicators "legs" and draws a volume profile inside each zigzag leg.
What is a Volume Profile?
"Technical analysis tool showing trading volume at specific price levels, creating a horizontal histogram on the side of a chart to reveal areas of high buying/selling interest, unlike traditional volume bars showing volume over time. Key elements include the Point of Control (POC) for most traded price, the Value Area (VAH/VAL), identifying crucial support/resistance, and analyzing profile shapes (like D, B, P) to understand market balance and potential price targets, used by professionals to spot liquidity and market structure."
Key Differences
Does not have a value area but distinguishes each column in relation to the biggest column in percentage terms.
Does not take sessions into account instead using zigzag legs
🟦 CALCULATION
The zigzag volume profile first builds a standard zigzag indicator to find structure in the market. Using pivot points and a minimum % price move threshhold.
Then once it knows the zigzags it will use each leg as a time window to calculate a volume profile inside.
🔹Coloring each column:
The script will find the biggest column in the Profile and use that as a reference for all other columns. It will then decide for each column individually how big it is in % compared to the biggest column. It will use that percentage to decide which color to give it, top 20% will be red, top 40% purple, top 60% blue, top 80% green and all the rest yellow. The user is able to adjust these numbers for further customisation.
🟦 USAGE
The idea behind this indicator is, if you look at markets as different legs (moves) going in a zigzag pattern you might want to look deeper inside your previous moves and see where the actual liquidity/volume was during that move. The hypothesis here is you build trade ideas based on zigzags but then use the volume profiles.
Since volume and market structure are very well known concepts to discretionary traders I'm hoping this indicator might give some different perspective on this relation and help people create a trading approach based on it. Here's some quick cherry picked examples, just as a proof of concept:
🟦 SETTINGS
🔹ZIGZAG SETTINGS
Price Deviotion % : This is the minimum price move in % term from last pivot price needs to move to form a new pivot for the zigzag.
Pivot Legs (Left/Right): The amount of bars a high or a low needs to be higher/lower than to the left and right of the bar. 10 By default to create medium term zigzag
🔹Volume Profile
Profile Rows: The amount of rows in Y axis the zigzag is going to be sliced into to create the volume profile. Higher number is more detailed volume profile but also uses more box objects which is maxed at 500. 25 by default
Profiles to Display: The amount of volume profiles the indicator will draw back in time. Higher number means more history but also longer loading time. 20 by default
🔹Visual Settings
This part is pretty self explanatory and you have can manually select the colors used to create the volume profile. Refer back the the explanation about the "🔹coloring each column" section.

Moving Average Structure ZigZag [Stable & Filtered]
(English Description)
This indicator was developed to visualize the "True Market Structure" based on Moving Average (MA) reversals. Unlike standard ZigZag which relies solely on price reversals, this tool combines MA Trend Reversals and a Minimum Deviation filter to eliminate market noise and highlight significant swing highs and lows based on Dow Theory.
💡 Key Features
Multiple MA Types: Select from SMA, EMA, HMA, VW-HMA, etc., to match your preferred trend sensitivity.
Min Deviation Filter: As shown in the attached image, it filters out minor price fluctuations to extract only the major market waves.
Price Action Tracking: The lines connect the actual High/Low prices within the period, not the MA values themselves. Lines automatically extend when a trend continues to new highs/lows.
🛠 Use Cases
Market Context: Identify major wave patterns on higher timeframes to define the current phase.
Noise Reduction: Pinpoint key market levels and potential support/resistance.
Dow Theory Visualization: Clearly visualize higher highs/lows and trend shifts.
Settings
MA Type: Choose the type of Moving Average.
Moving Average Length: The lookback period for structure.
Min Deviation (Pips): The threshold to filter noise. Adjust according to the volatility of the pair.

ZigZagZigZag Indicator – Overview
This ZigZag indicator highlights the most important swing highs and swing lows on the chart, helping traders see market structure more clearly by filtering out minor price movements. It connects significant turning points with straight lines, creating a clean visual representation of trend direction and major reversals.
How It Works
Price constantly moves up and down, but not every movement is meaningful. The ZigZag indicator waits for price to make a move large enough to be considered a true swing point. Once such a movement occurs, the indicator identifies it as either a swing high or a swing low and draws a line connecting it to the previous swing.
This produces a simplified outline of market structure, making it easier to recognize trends, corrections, and major turning points.
Settings
ZigZag Length
Controls the sensitivity of the indicator.
Lower values produce more frequent swing points.
Higher values show only major swings and reduce noise.
Show ZigZag
Enables or disables the visual lines. When disabled, the indicator continues tracking swing points internally.
What You See on the Chart
Every time the market creates a confirmed swing high or swing low, the indicator draws a line to the previous swing in the opposite direction.
After a major low is confirmed, a line is drawn to the most recent high.
After a major high is confirmed, a line is drawn to the most recent low.
This creates a clear, continuous zigzag that outlines the dominant movements of the market without reacting to every small fluctuation.
Why This ZigZag Is Useful
It does not repaint once a swing is confirmed.
It provides a clean and simplified view of price structure.
It helps identify trend direction, structure breaks, impulses, and corrections.
It is useful for traders who follow price action, smart money concepts, and swing-based strategies.
Recommended Use Cases
This ZigZag indicator is suited for traders who rely on market structure analysis, including:
Swing trading
Smart Money Concepts (BOS/CHOCH detection)
Identifying impulses and pullbacks
Finding strong highs and lows
Studying overall trend direction
Indicator

Price Action ZigZag (Impulses & Corrections)This indicator tracks price structure by connecting significant swing highs and lows—giving a clear, actionable “ZigZag” view of market movement. It automatically maps the underlying price action as alternating impulses (trend legs) and corrections (pullbacks), directly on your chart, for any timeframe.
How does it work?
Swing Detection:
The script uses the user-selected “pivot length” to identify confirmed swing highs and lows with Pine Script’s ta.pivothigh and ta.pivotlow.
These pivots only print after full confirmation, making all lines strictly non-repainting.
ZigZag Drawing:
After pivots are captured, the indicator connects each alternating swing with lines that trace the progression of price structure.
Each line segment is mapped according to the sequence and direction of swings:
Impulse: Moves that break further away from prior swing in the same direction (continuations/uptrends/downtrends)
Correction: Moves that pull price back, but do not extend past the previous impulse (retracements/sideways action)
Impulse vs Correction Logic:
Bullish impulse: swing from a higher low to a higher high (fast upward moves after a low)
Bearish impulse: swing from a lower high to a lower low (fast downward moves after a high)
Corrections appear as smaller lines between alternating swing points not leading to new trend extension.
Labels & Colors:
Impulse lines are drawn teal (customizable), corrections in gray.
Tiny labels ("Impulse", "Correction") are shown for clarity (optional).
Most recent pivots are highlighted with yellow dots for quick visual reference.
Key Features:
User-adjustable pivot length controls sensitivity and structure size (scalp to swing).
Distinguishes between impulses and corrections instantly on the chart.
Labels and color coding for clarity—traders can spot trend continuation vs. pullback at a glance.
Non-repainting confirmed pivots and lines; never show incomplete data.
Fully customizable appearance—all colors and label display adjustable in settings.
Zero lookahead or repainting: all signals use confirmed, historical price only.
How to use:
Add to any chart and set 'Swing Length' to fit your trading style (shorter for scalping, longer for bigger structure).
Follow the ZigZag lines to see when price makes an impulse vs. correction, and use this to identify high-probability momentum or reversal zones.
Combine this script with your own analysis/strategy or other indicators for deeper context.
Adjust colors and label options for your preferred chart clarity.
Disclaimer:
This script is a visualization and analysis tool for educational purposes—it does not predict future price movement, guarantee results, or provide trading signals. Always use sound risk management and your own judgment in live trading. Indicator

Wolfe Waves [BigBeluga]🔵 OVERVIEW
The Wolfe Waves pattern was first introduced by Bill Wolfe , a trader and analyst in the 1980s–1990s who specialized in market geometry and natural rhythm cycles. Wolfe observed that price often forms symmetrical wave structures that anticipate equilibrium points where supply and demand meet. These formations, called Wolfe Waves , gained popularity as a reliable pattern for forecasting both short- and long-term reversals.
The Wolfe Waves indicator automatically detects these patterns in real time. It tracks sequences of five pivots (points 1 through 5) and connects them with wave lines. Users can select either Bullish or Bearish Wolfe Waves depending on their trading bias. When the pattern fails, the lines automatically turn red to highlight invalidation.
🔵 CONCEPTS
Five-Point Structure – Wolfe Waves are defined by five pivots (1–5), which together form the basis of the wave pattern.
Bullish Pattern – Occurs when price compresses downward into point 5, signaling a potential upside reversal.
Bearish Pattern – Occurs when price extends upward into point 5, forecasting a downside reversal.
Validation & Failure – The pattern is considered valid once all five pivots form; if price fails to respect the expected breakout, the indicator marks the structure as broken with red lines.
🔵 FEATURES
Automatic detection of Bullish and Bearish Wolfe Waves.
Labels each pivot (1–5) on the chart for clarity.
Draws connecting lines between pivots to visualize the wave structure.
Projects target/dashed lines (EPA/ETA) based on Wolfe Wave geometry.
Lines automatically turn red when the pattern is broken, giving immediate feedback.
Customizable color scheme for bullish (lime) and bearish (orange) waves.
Adjustable sensitivity for pivot detection.
🔵 HOW TO USE
Choose between Bullish or Bearish mode depending on your analysis.
Watch for the formation of all five pivots; the indicator labels them clearly.
Look for potential entries near point 5, with the expectation that price will travel toward the projected EPA line.
Use invalidation (lines turning red) as a risk management warning to exit failed setups.
Combine with momentum, volume, or higher-timeframe analysis to increase reliability.
🔵 CONCLUSION
The Wolfe Waves brings the classic Wolfe Wave theory into an automated TradingView tool. Inspired by Bill Wolfe’s original concept of natural market cycles, this indicator detects, labels, and validates Wolfe Waves in real time. With automatic invalidation marking and customizable settings, it offers traders a structured way to harness one of the most well-known geometric reversal patterns. Indicator

Custom ZigZag IndicatorOverview
The Custom ZigZag Indicator is a technical analysis tool built in Pine Script (version 5) for TradingView. It overlays on price charts to visualize market trends by connecting significant swing highs and lows, filtering out minor price noise. This helps identify the overall market direction (uptrends or downtrends), potential reversal points, and key support/resistance levels. Unlike standard price lines, it "zigzags" only between meaningful pivots, making trends clearer.
Core Logic and How It Works
The script uses a state-machine approach to track market direction and pivots:
Initialization
Starts assuming an upward trend on the first bar.
sets initial high/low prices and bar indices based on the current bar's high/low.
Direction Tracking:
Upward Trend (direction = 1):
Monitors for new highs: If the current high exceeds the tracked high, update the high price and bar.
Checks for reversal: If the low drops below the high by the deviation percentage (e.g., high * (1 - 0.05) for 5%), it signals a downtrend reversal.
Draws a green line from the last pivot (low) to the new high.
If labels are enabled, adds a label: "HH" (Higher High if above previous high), "LH" (Lower High if below), or "H" (for the first one).
Updates the last high and switches to downward direction.
Downward Trend (direction = -1):
Monitors for new lows: If the current low is below the tracked low, update the low price and bar.
Checks for reversal: If the high rises above the low by the deviation percentage (e.g., low * (1 + 0.05)), it signals an uptrend reversal.
Draws a red line from the last pivot (high) to the new low.
If labels are enabled, adds a label: "LL" (Lower Low if below previous low), "HL" (Higher Low if above), or "L" (for the first one).
Updates the last low and switches to upward direction. Indicator

Bullish Volume AnomalyAnomaly is designed to spot hidden bullish accumulation before price actually breaks out, by blending a trend-aware volume measure with a volatility-adjusted price channel. Here’s how it works:
First, it runs a simple ATR-based zigzag to identify the current swing direction. Volume is then signed (+ for up-trends, – for down-trends) and cumulatively summed. By converting that cumulative signed volume into a z-score over the past 480 bars, we get a sense of when buying or selling pressure is unusually strong relative to its own history.
At the same time, price itself is normalized into a z-score over the same 480-bar window, and its change over that period is also tracked. These two measures—volume z-score (s) and price z-score (p)—are compared, and the indicator looks for moments when s outpaces p by at least two standard deviations (s – p > 2), while price momentum change remains low (c < 1) and the net volume is positive (s > 0). That combination flags instances where heavy buying is taking place but price hasn’t yet reacted.
To define a dynamic trading zone, it plots a 288-bar EMA of price as the middle band (t2), and builds upper and lower bands around it using the average close-to-open range multiplied by a user-set factor. The lower band (t1) sits beneath the EMA by that volatility-based margin. A signal fires only when the bar’s high stays below t1—meaning price is still “sleeping” under the lower volatility boundary even as bullish volume builds up.
Together, these filters home in on anomalies: strong, trend-aligned volume surges that outstrip price movement, occurring while price sits below its lower volatility band. In practice, that often marks early accumulation before a breakout. You can tweak the ATR length and multiplier for the zigzag, as well as the channel period and range factor, to suit different markets or timeframes.

Fibonacci - DolphinTradeBot
OVERVIEW
The 'Fibonacci - DolphinTradeBot' indicator is a Pine Script-based tool for TradingView that dynamically identifies key Fibonacci retracement levels using ZigZag price movements. It aims to replicate the Fibonacci Retracement tool available in TradingView’s drawing tools. The indicator calculates Fibonacci levels based on directional price changes, marking critical retracement zones such as 0, 0.236, 0.382, 0.5, 0.618, 0.786, and 1.0 on the chart. These levels are visualized with lines and labels, providing traders with precise areas of potential price reversals or trend continuation.
HOW IT WORKS ?
The indicator follows a zigzag formation. After a large swing movement, when new swings are formed without breaking the upper and lower levels, it places Fibonacci levels at the beginning and end points of the major swing movement."
▪️(Bullish) Structure :High → HigherLow → LowerHigh
▪️(Bearish) Structure :Low → LowerHigh → HigherLow
▪️When Fibonacci retracement levels are determined, a "📌" mark appears on the chart.
▪️If the price closes outside of these levels, a "❌" mark will appear.
USAGE
This indicator is designed to plot Fibonacci levels within an accumulation zone following significant price movements, helping you identify potential support and resistance. You can adjust the pivot periods to customize the zigzag settings to your preference. While classic Fibonacci levels are used by default, you also have the option to input custom levels and assign your preferred colors.
Set the Fibonacci direction option to "upward" to detect only bullish structures, "downward" to detect only bearish structures, and "both" to see both at the same time.
"To view past levels, simply enable the ' Show Previous Levels ' option, and to display the zigzag lines, activate the ' Show Zigzag ' setting."
ALERTS
The indicator, by default, triggers an alarm when both a level is formed and when a level is broken. However, if you'd like, you can select the desired level from the " Select Level " section in the indicator settings and set the alarm based on one of the conditions below.
▪️ cross-up → If the price breaks the Fibonacci level to the upside.
▪️ cross-down → If the price breaks the Fibonacci level to the downside.
▪️ cross-any → If the price breaks the Fibonacci level in any direction.

Trend Vanguard StrategyHow to Use:
Trend Vanguard Strategy is a multi-feature Pine Script strategy designed to identify market pivots, draw dynamic support/resistance, and generate trade signals via ZigZag breakouts. Here’s how it works and how to use it:
ZigZag Detection & Pivot Points
The script locates significant swing highs and lows using configurable Depth, Deviation, and Backstep values.
It then connects these pivots with lines (ZigZag) to highlight directional changes and prints labels (“Buy,” “Sell,” etc.) at key turning points.
Support & Resistance Trendlines
Pivot highs and lows are used to draw dashed S/R lines in real-time.
When price crosses these lines, the script triggers a breakout signal (long or short).
EMA Overlays
Up to four EMAs (with customizable lengths and colors) can be overlaid on the chart for added trend confirmation.
Enable/disable each EMA independently via the settings.
Repaint Option
Turning on “Smooth Indicator Lines” (repaint) uses future data to refine past pivots.
This can make historical signals look cleaner but does not reflect true historical conditions.
Turning it off ensures signals remain fixed once they appear.
Strategy Entries & Exits
On each new ZigZag “Buy” or “Sell” signal, the script closes any open position and flips to the opposite side (if desired).
Works with the built-in TradingView Strategy engine for backtesting.
Additional Inputs (Placeholders)
Volume Filter and RSI Filter settings exist but are not fully implemented in the current code. Future versions may incorporate these filters more directly.
How to Use
Add to Chart: Click “Indicators” → “Invite-Only Scripts” (or “My Scripts”) and select “Trend Vanguard Strategy.”
Configure Settings:
Adjust ZigZag Depth, Deviation, and Backstep to fine-tune pivot sensitivity.
Enable or disable each EMA to see how it aligns with market trends.
Toggle “Smooth Indicator Lines” on or off depending on whether you want repainting.
Backtest and Forward Test:
Use TradingView’s “Strategy Tester” tab to review hypothetical performance.
Remember that repainting can alter past signals if enabled.
Monitor Live:
Watch for breakout triangles or ZigZag labels to identify potential reversal or breakout trades in real time.
Disclaimer: This script is purely educational and not financial advice. Always combine it with sound risk management and thorough analysis. Enjoy exploring the script, and feel free to experiment with the different settings to match your trading style!

Triad Trade MatrixOverview
Triad Trade Matrix is an advanced multi-strategy indicator built using Pine Script v5. It is designed to simultaneously track and display key trading metrics for three distinct trading styles on a single chart:
Swing Trading (Swing Supreme):
This mode captures longer-term trends and is designed for trades that typically span several days. It uses customizable depth and deviation parameters to determine swing signals.
Day Trading (Day Blaze):
This mode focuses on intraday price movements. It generates signals that are intended to be executed within a single trading session. The parameters for depth and deviation are tuned to capture more frequent, shorter-term moves.
Scalping (Scalp Surge):
This mode is designed for very short-term trades where quick entries and exits are key. It uses more sensitive parameters to detect rapid price movements suitable for scalping strategies.
Each trading style is represented by its own merged table that displays real-time metrics. The tables update automatically as new trading signals are generated.
Key Features
Multi-Style Tracking:
Swing Supreme (Large): For swing trading; uses a purple theme.
Day Blaze (Medium): For day trading; uses an orange theme.
Scalp Surge (Small): For scalping; uses a green theme.
Real-Time Metrics:
Each table displays key trade metrics including:
Entry Price: The price at which the trade was entered.
Exit Price: The price at which the previous trade was exited.
Position Size: Calculated as the account size divided by the entry price.
Direction: Indicates whether the trade is “Up” (long) or “Down” (short).
Time: The time when the trade was executed (formatted to hours and minutes).
Wins/Losses: The cumulative number of winning and losing trades.
Current Price & PnL: The current price on the chart and the profit/loss computed relative to the entry price.
Duration: The number of bars that the trade has been open.
History Column: A merged summary column that shows the most recent trade’s details (entry, exit, and result).
Customizability:
Column Visibility: Users can toggle individual columns (Ticker, Timeframe, Entry, Exit, etc.) on or off according to their preference.
Appearance Settings: You can customize the table border width, frame color, header background, and text colors.
History Toggle: The merged history column can be enabled or disabled.
Chart Markers: There is an option to show or hide chart markers (labels and lines) that indicate trade entries and exits on the chart.
Trade History Management:
The indicator maintains a rolling history (up to three recent trades per trading style) and displays the latest summary in the merged table.
This history column provides a quick reference to recent performance.
How It Works
Signal Generation & Trade Metrics
Trade Entry/Exit Calculation:
For each trading style, the indicator uses built-in functions (such as ta.lowestbars and ta.highestbars) to analyze price movements. Based on a customizable "depth" and "deviation" parameter, it determines the point of entry for a trade.
Swing Supreme: Uses larger depth/deviation values to capture swing trends.
Day Blaze: Uses intermediate values for intraday moves.
Scalp Surge: Uses tighter parameters to pick up rapid price changes.
Metrics Update:
When a new trade signal is generated (i.e., when the trade entry price is updated), the indicator calculates:
The current PnL as the difference between the current price and the entry price (or vice versa, depending on the trade direction).
The duration as the number of bars since the trade was opened.
The position size using the formula: accountSize / entryPrice.
History Recording:
Each time a new trade is triggered (i.e., when the entry price is updated), a summary string is created (showing entry, exit, and win/loss status) and appended to the corresponding trade history array. The merged table then displays the latest summary from this history.
Table Display
Merged Table Structure:
Each trading style (Swing Supreme, Day Blaze, and Scalp Surge) is represented by a table that has 15 columns. The columns are:
Trade Type (e.g., Swing Supreme)
Ticker
Timeframe
Entry Price
Exit Price
Position Size
Direction
Time of Entry
Account Size
Wins
Losses
Current Price
Current PnL
Duration (in bars)
History (the latest trade summary)
User Customization:
Through the settings panel, users can choose which columns to display.
If a column is toggled off, its cells will remain blank, allowing traders to focus on the metrics that matter most to them.
Appearance & Themes:
The table headers and cell backgrounds are customizable via color inputs. The trading style names are color-coded:
Swing Supreme (Large): Uses a purple theme.
Day Blaze (Medium): Uses an orange theme.
Scalp Surge (Small): Uses a green theme.
