ALAB: more downside potential

As long as the price remains below the 181 local resistance and 205 mid-term resistance, I’m watching for a continuation of downside momentum, with a potential re-test of the February breakout area around 115 and the broader macro support near 100.

Nota

I am still not convinced that the correction from the September highs has fully completed. The nature of the recovery from the November lows looks more corrective than impulsive, which keeps the door open for one more downside leg.

As long as price is holding below the 195–220 resistance zone, I consider further downside to be the primary scenario. A stronger, sustainable break out above that area would force a reassessment of the broader structure.

Price has followed the general downside thesis and has fulfilled its corrective structure since the September highs, reversing right near the first mid‑term support level outlined in the November idea.

The recovery since the March bottom has the potential to become the initial bullish upside structure for a new macro uptrend. However, on any consolidation attempt from here, we would prefer to see price holding above the 143 level and making one more move higher into 179–190 to complete the initial impulsive structure.
