AUDUSD remains in a clear short-term uptrend and is currently pulling back into the 0.70900 support area, which aligns with a previous breakout zone and dynamic trend support.
The fundamental backdrop continues to support upside:
renewed expectations of another round of US–Iran talks later this week are keeping markets in a fragile risk-on mood, pressuring the US dollar lower while supporting pro-cyclical currencies like the Aussie. Recent market flows show the dollar extending losses as traders position for a possible diplomatic de-escalation.
