My opinion from a fundamental point of view:QE probably ends, but as powell said, he has other tools to support the economy. Another tool is to keep the usd low. Therefore, i expect the usd to continue to fall.
As a result, the tariffs on u.s. American products imposed by European and Asian countries will be offset by the favorable u.s. dollar.
