The primary objectives of the Company are to provide unitholders with a stable and growing distribution of income, and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit of the Fund. The Company's portfolio consists of offices, office/industrial, hypermarkets, warehouse logistics and manufacturing facilities. It has a portfolio of approximately 40 properties.
