Bitcoin | CSP Setup – Trend Broken, Watching $75,874 for Short
Bitcoin had that sharp uptrend broken recently, and that's the first sign we needed. When a trend that steep gets snapped, it rarely just resets and continues — more often than not, it's the early warning of a larger move down brewing beneath the surface.
What we're watching now:
The trend break alone isn't our entry signal. What we're waiting for is the BOS below $75,874. That's the level that confirms sellers are taking control and the structure is officially shifting. Until that breaks, price is still in a range between local support and local resistance, and we don't chase noise.
The setup:
Once we get that breakdown and a clean retest of the broken zone around $75,912, that's where the short becomes valid. The target sits down at local support near $66,192 — a level that has held multiple times going back months. The chart is projecting a move back into that zone, and given how sharp the prior rally was, a full retracement to that area wouldn't be surprising at all.
We remain bearish on this structure as long as BTC stays below that local resistance zone near $79,000. If price reclaims above there with strength, the thesis changes — but right now, the trend is broken and we're looking for the breakdown to confirm it.

BTC had a stronger selloff, which somewhat formed that break of structure we were looking for. So that being said, the trade is active and now we are looking for continuation to the lower zones.
Once again, as long as we are below the local resistance, we are expecting to see that support be reached!
Nota
BTC is having that bullside momentum right now, which is not what we were looking for but after looking more in-depth, we see that the structure is still bearish so nothing changes, for now!
