DAX (DE40) has been trading within a 10-day Bearish Megaphone and is currently on Bullish Leg since yesterday's Lower Low. Having already secured the 1H MA50 (blue trend-line), the market should now test the bearish trend by either a reversal here or a 1H MA200 (orange trend-line) as a Resistance.
Notice also how the 1H RSI Resistance Zone sits just above the current level. We expect a reversal either way, targeting the 4H MA200 (red trend-line) at 24600.
