I would not chase above 203–204. A better setup is either a pullback toward 199–200 that holds, or an hourly close above roughly 203.5 followed by a successful retest.
The bullish thesis is that DGKC has formed a higher low around 189–190, reclaimed 198.5, and is now attempting to establish a higher-high sequence. Your 219.3 harmonic target is technically plausible, but I would take partial profits before it rather than treating 219 as guaranteed.
Most importantly, if DGKC gives an hourly close back below 198, the breakout becomes questionable. Below 194–195, I would consider the long setup invalidated rather than averaging down.
