Welcome to this analysis about Ethereum, we are looking at the 4-hour timeframe perspective, the recent events, the established formational structure, and what we can expect in the upcoming times. Since Ethereum has shown up with initial bearishness to the downside after marking its tops at the 1920 level it is mingling in the structure and does not show up with sufficient reversals for now, in this case, I discovered a decisive formation Ethereum develops that will determine the upcoming destinies, in this case, it is important to not underestimate the underlying bearish possibilities especially when Ethereum increases with volatilities further, therefore I detected all the important levels and likely movements we should consider.
Structural Developments:
As when looking at my chart we can watch there firstly how Ethereum trades within this massive descending-channel-formation marked with the boundaries in black, within this massive descending-channel-formation Ethereum has a coherent wave-count in which it already completed the first wave A and with the second wave B now moved into this main local ascending-channel which has also a coherent wave-count from A to E that already completed, this formation is likely to finalize as a bear-flag when Ethereum closes below the lower-boundary as it is marked in my chart and such a price-action will lie ground for the wave C to establish and protract bearishly to the downside.
Upcoming Determinations:
As Ethereum developed these crucial structures now it is necessary to properly line-up and be prepared on upcoming volatility especially when this bear-flag finally completes however this does not mean Ethereum is bearish forever nevertheless it is inevitably important to elevate how Ethereum approaches the lower zones and if there comes a reversal or further bearish pressure will follow-up, this can happen within the blue box marked in my chart. For now, the bearish likelihood is omnipresent and should not be kept by side, therefore it is necessary to elevate the next times on how Ethereum moves on with the formation to determine further circumstances, it will be an interesting development ahead.
